Andrew earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1996. Early in his career, Andrew was an award-winning business journalist and technical writer. He currently leads global strategic accounts for the Bayer Crop Science vegetable seed business. In addition to his commercial role, he partners with food and agriculture organizations to advance health and nutrition. He has helped develop governance, vision, and business models for non-profit organizations and currently serves on the executive committee of the Produce for Better Health Foundation.
